Three ways to get MakerBuddy

Buy in Pakistan

Individuals and schools can order directly from our production partner, OR97.

Bulk delivery to the USA or Canada

Schools, colleges, districts and makerspaces can email us for a bulk quote. We arrange dispatch to your delivery address.

Build it anywhere

Source compatible parts locally and build from the open-source hardware files.

Buy in Pakistan

MakerBuddy kits are produced in collaboration with OR97.com in Pakistan. Customers in Pakistan can check current availability, package contents, price, delivery and warranty terms on the distributor's product page.

Visit the MakerBuddy product page on OR97.com

MakerBuddy does not process that transaction. The seller is responsible for current pricing, stock, shipping, returns and product warranty.

Orders outside Pakistan

Customers, schools, colleges and makerspaces in the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Europe and the Middle East can order MakerBuddy kits by email — we arrange delivery to you.

We do not run a North American retail store, and we would rather quote you properly than sell you a number you have to guess at. Email info@makerbuddy.cc and tell us:

  • Your institution and the delivery city and country
  • Whether you are a school, college, university, district or makerspace
  • How many kits you need, and the age range of your learners
  • The date you need them by — a term start, a grant deadline, a workshop
  • Whether you also want teacher training or curriculum support
  • How you need to be invoiced, if your finance office has a specific process

We reply with a quote covering the kits, shipping to your address, and the delivery timeline, along with a purchase-order-friendly invoice if you need one. Duties and local taxes depend on your destination and are confirmed in writing in the quote before you commit to anything.

Working out how many kits you need

Most classrooms run one kit shared between two or three students, which keeps every learner hands-on inside a 45–60 minute session. A class of 30 usually lands at 10–15 kits rather than 30. Tell us your group size and we will suggest a number — including a spare or two — instead of quoting one per head.

Institutional packages

The more kits you order, the larger the discount and the more support comes with them. Discounts apply to the kit price and are confirmed in your written quote.

PackageVolumeDiscountIncluded
Classroom10+ kits2%Curriculum guide, training videos, email support
School25+ kits5%Full curriculum, live training session, priority support
District50+ kits8%Curriculum tailored to your program, training videos, priority email support

Every package sits on top of the same free resources: the 32-week curriculum, the teacher resources, the project library and the hardware documentation are public and cost nothing, whether or not you buy kits from us.

Build your own MakerBuddy

MakerBuddy is an open-source project. You can review the hardware resources, source code and documentation, then source compatible components in your region.

Open-source files are provided under their applicable repository licenses and without a product warranty. Building hardware requires appropriate electronics knowledge and safety practices.

Schools and organizations elsewhere

For classroom programs or workshops, contact us with your country, number of learners, preferred timeline and support needs. We will confirm whether direct shipping, a local build or a regional partner is the most practical route for your location.

Manufacturing and distribution partners

We welcome inquiries from qualified electronics manufacturers, educational suppliers and regional distributors interested in making MakerBuddy responsibly available in their market. Tell us about your production capability, quality process, support model and region through the contact page.
